Pink B 2023

A fresh, sparkling rosé made from Chenin Blanc from Renaud Guettier’s youngest vines, with a splash of Pineau d’Aunis from the Adonis cuvée. The Chenin is hand-picked, directly pressed, and spontaneously fermented before the Pineau d’Aunis is added just before bottling. Aged for a year on fine lees and disgorged by hand, it is bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfur.
